Ristoro L'Antica Scuderia is not just a restaurant: it is a destination.
It is the white of the road that winds through the Chianti hills, it is the intense green of the cypress trees that embrace it, it is the silence of the Badia di Passignano that dominates the landscape. It is the quiet of our outdoor garden, where every detail invites beauty.

It was once a stop for traveling knights, a refuge along the Via Francigena. Today, after careful renovation, it has become Maria and Stefano's dream come true: an elegant and welcoming restaurant, where Tuscan cuisine lives again with creativity and respect for tradition.

A few kilometers from Florence, in the heart of Chianti Classico, an experience that tastes of history, nature and authentic pleasure awaits you.
